When asked,

I am many things; husband, father, grandpa, brother and of course son.

My mom's mom was a silver smith. That is one of my earliest memories of someone making things as art.

I also had builders around me, making thoughtful decisions, grand projects and sometimes the whimsical things that made life fun.

Both influenced how I have approached my craft.

There is a label going around now, Maker, maybe I am one of those. There are many definitions but in all things, be true to thyself. I am most content when I am busy with my hands.
